One photo becomes your character, recognisably you on every page.

Before you make one.

What is LittleTale?

LittleTale is a personalized illustrated storybook. You pick one of thirty-three stories that are already written, send one photograph, and the person in that photograph is drawn as the main character across twelve illustrated pages.

Can I send it as a gift?

Yes. When you approve the character, tick “It’s a gift” and add their email, a note and the day it should arrive. We email the book to them then, with your note above it, and you get your own copy straight away. To hand it over in person, print the gift card: the cover, your note and a code that opens the book.

What do I need to send?

One photograph of the person the book is about. It is used to draw that character and for nothing else — it is not sold, and it is not used to train models. There is no account to make and no address to give; a finished book lives at its own private link.

How long does it take?

The character is drawn first, free, usually within a minute. Once you approve it and pay, the finished book is usually ready in under two minutes. If the character still is not right after one correction, you pay nothing.
