By accessing or using LittleTale, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
LittleTale is an AI-powered storytelling app that allows users to create personalised illustrated children's stories using AI-generated artwork and text.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. The app is designed for parents and guardians creating content for children.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
Free tier: New accounts receive a limited number of story credits.
Premium subscription: Monthly and weekly plans include recurring credits and access to premium art styles. Billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and automatically renewed unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Credit packs: Additional credits may be purchased as one-time purchases.
Credits are consumed when generating stories and character artwork. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — premium access continues until then.
We do not provide refunds for unused credits or partial subscription periods except where required by law. For technical issues, contact [email protected].
You retain ownership of photos, text, and other content you upload. By using LittleTale, you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the service.
You agree not to upload content that infringes third-party rights, contains harmful material, or violates any applicable law. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
Stories and artwork are created using AI. We do not guarantee specific outputs. Generated content is for personal, non-commercial use. Commercial use requires our prior written consent.
The LittleTale app, its design, and original content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app.
LittleTale is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of LittleTale.
We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
