Delete Your Account
You can request deletion of your LittleTale account and all associated data at any time. Once deleted, your account and data cannot be recovered.
How to request account deletion
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line Delete My Account
- Include the email address associated with your Google account used to sign in to LittleTale
- We will process your request within 7 business days and send you a confirmation email
Email Us to Delete Account
What data is deleted
- Your user profile (name, email address)
- All characters you created and their generated artwork
- All stories in your personal library
- Your subscription and purchase history records (payment records are retained by our payment processor per legal requirements)
What data is retained
- Transaction records required by law (up to 7 years, held by RevenueCat and Apple/Google)
- Anonymised usage statistics that cannot be linked back to you
