We do not collect any personal data. There is no account of ours, no email address, no chat and no user-generated content. Your progress, your flock, your Today’s Pond results and your settings are stored only on your own device.
The levels you have finished and their stars, a pond you left part-way through, your Today’s Pond results and streak, and your settings (sound, music, vibration, reduced motion) are saved on your device only, in the app's private storage. The save is signed with a key generated on your device and kept in its keychain, so a save that has been tampered with is detected and not trusted. Nothing in it is uploaded anywhere by us. Deleting the app deletes it.
Pebble Pond is free and is paid for by advertising. Ads are served by Google AdMob. To show ads, and to measure and prevent fraud, Google may collect and process information including your device's advertising identifier, general device information and approximate location derived from an IP address. That processing is Google's, not ours — we never receive it.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the app shows a consent form before any personalised ad is requested. You can change that choice at any time from Settings → Ad choices inside the game.
Where ads appear: an optional video you can choose to watch, once per try, when you run out of pebbles, to rewind a few throws and get three more pebbles; and a full-screen ad after every fourth level you finish. There is never a full-screen ad when you run out of pebbles, Today’s Pond has no full-screen ads, and starting a pond again is always free.
There are none. Pebble Pond contains no in-app purchases and no payment surface of any kind.
Pebble Pond is simple and colourful enough for young children, and it contains no violence, no chat and no links out of the game other than this policy. It is rated for everyone. It is not directed at children under 13 as its target audience, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, of any age — because we do not collect personal information at all.
The app ships with no analytics service enabled. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated before the change reaches the App Store, and it would still never include personal data.
Pebble Pond needs no network connection to play. Only the optional videos need one; without them, the help is given for free.
Because no personal data is collected or held by us, there is nothing for us to export, correct or delete on your behalf. To remove everything the app has stored, delete the app. For advertising, see Google's links above.
